Payment Notes
Payment is made in two stages:
Initial Payment: $150 + GST
Balance Payment: Upon property sale
- PEXA fee ($144) is not included in the fixed fee.
Payment can be made via EFT or card — all details provided on invoice.
Certificates and searches are billed at actual third-party cost.
All documents are handled electronically — no in-person attendance required.
