Prathibha Wimarshani is the Senior Conveyancing Clerk at Melbourne Central Conveyancing and Legal Pty Ltd. Born and raised in Sri Lanka, she brings with her over a decade of legal and conveyancing expertise across multiple jurisdictions.
Prathibha practiced as a lawyer in Sri Lanka for five years, with a strong focus on criminal law, civil litigation, and commercial law. After relocating to Australia, she transitioned into the property law sector, where she has since gained more than six years of experience in Australian conveyancing, assisting with a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Commercial Law. Prathibha is also an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public in Sri Lanka, as well as a life member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL).
Her diverse legal background, combined with her strong knowledge of Australian conveyancing processes, enables her to deliver practical, efficient, and client-focused solutions throughout all stages of property transactions.
